Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony to Divorce, Black Eyed Peas Hiatus, and FX Drama "American Horror Story"

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony to Divorce

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony—they’re one Hollywood couple that a lot of people thought would last.  But, they were wrong. jennifer-lopez marc-anthony

The vocally gifted duo made a surprising announcement last week that they are going down the same road that many famous couples do and are getting a divorce.

Maybe JLo finally realized how much hotter she is than her odd looking hubby.  Or maybe he’s crazy and decided he would end the marriage.  Either away, it’s kaput.

But, no longer being married doesn’t mean they won’t still work together.

Lopez and Anthony do still plan to work together on their Kohl’s clothing line and on the upcoming reality show “Q’Viva!”

They were married for seven years and have 3-year-old twins.

Black Eyed Peas to Go on Hiatus

People in the place, if you wanna get down, don’t look to the Black Eyed Peas.

The group has recently announced that they’ll be taking yet another break.

The announcement of their hiatus came during a concert in Staffordshire, England when Fergie let the crowd of 17,500 fans know about their plans.

“We’re going to be taking a break just like we did after we released Monkey Business in 2005 until we came back in 2009.”

But, don’t worry.  The BEP don’t plan to break up for good.  Fergie did also promise that fans won’t be seeing the last of them.

To really hit the news home, will.i.am posted on Twitter, “The @Bep will take a break after the beginning…just like we did from monkey business to the e.n.d…but it doesn’t mean we stop creating.”

Wonder how long it’ll take them to make their comeback this time?!

"Glee" and "Nip/Tuck" Producers Collaborating on "American Horror Story"

The producers of “Glee” and “Nip/Tuck” are trying something a little different.  Instead of a show about singing or plastic surgery, they’re trying their hand at the horror genre with their upcoming series “American Horror Story.”

The show, which will debut in the fall, will air on FX.  The channel has ordered 13 episodes or the drama which has been touted as having “reinvented the horror genre.”

“American Horror Story” will star Connie Britton of “Friday Night Lights” and The Practice’s   Dylan McDermott as a couple who relocates their family from LA to Boston in order to “reconcile past anguish.”

Nothing much is being said about the show, but considering the past success of the producers, it’s sure to be interesting.

Look for it in October.
