'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia' Recap: Season 7 Episode 2

It's Always Reviewed in PhiladelphiaIt's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Episode 2: The Gang Goes to the Jersey Shore

This week, the gang heads down to the Jersey Shore. Dee and Dennis have fond memories from when they were kids, but Mac and Charlie have never been there.

Frank, of course, hates it. Things quickly go from lame to horrible, as the Jersey Shore is even sleazier than Philly. Highlights include under the Boardwalk and two words you'll be repeating all week, "Rum Ham!"
It's great to see Dennis and Dee struggle against reality. The brother and sister duo, being the meanest members of the gang, kind of get what they deserve. Frank and Mac are just hapless and this time, Charlie has a magic moment. It's rare to get a positive moment on IASIP, but it happens here and it totally works.

Now to rate the episode on the Sunny scale:
1 is Dee

2 is Frank

3 is Charlie

4 is Mac

5 is a Dennis

I have to give this one a Dennis.  Solid all the way through.  A worthy follow up to a smashing good premiere.  And don't miss Archer right after!
