No Will Smith in ‘Independence Day’ sequel, ‘Full House’ star to divorce, Monica Lewinsky auctions items

No Will Smith in ‘Independence Day’ sequel

If you liked the movie Independence Day, then you might be super excited to hear that a sequel is in the works.

But, you might not want to get tooooo excited just yet.

While a sequel to the popular 1996 film does sound thrilling, it will be missing something that might make or break the movie.

Yep.  The actor will not be in the movie that is set to be released July 3, 2015.

In a recent interview with New York Daily News, Roland Emmerich, the film’s director revealed, “Will Smith cannot come back because he’s too expensive, but he’d also be too much of a marquee name.”

He also added that having him in the film would be, “too much.”

Ummmm…huh?!  Yeah, nothing hurts a movie more than a big star with lots of fans starring in it.

Maybe things will change between now and the release date.

‘Full House’ star to divorce again

Anyone who used to watch Full House probably remembers the adorable Stephanie Tanner.

Who knew that Jodie Sweetin, the young actress who made the phrase “How Rude!” popular, would grow up to be such a hot mess?!

It’s no secret that the former child star has struggled with drug and alcohol abuse.  And apparently it is now also no secret that she struggles with married life as well.

It has been announced that the 31-year-old has filed for divorce from her 3rd husband, Morty Coyle.

She and Coyle married just 15 months ago and have a 2 ½-year-old daughter.

Sweetin also has a five-year-old daughter from her second marriage to Cody Herpin.

She married her first husband when she was just 20-years-old, yet had no children during their short marriage.

The reason for her most recent split is irreconcilable differences. Sweetin also wants custody of her daughter.

Monica Lewinsky auctions items

Monica Lewinsky.  That’s a name you haven’t heard in a while, although some, er, interesting thoughts probably come to mind when you hear it.

So, you’re probably wondering why this blast from the past is suddenly resurfacing.  Well, she isn’t.  But, some of her stuff is.  And, if you want, you could actually own some of it.

Nate D. Sanders Fine Autographs & Memorabilia is auctioning off some of the former White House employee’s things.

What exactly could you own that once belonged to Bill Clinton’s former lover?

A black negligee that she may or may not have worn during one of their secret encounters.

A letter to one of her other former lovers that Clinton actually wrote and signed.

Another letter—this one written by Lewinsky herself.

A few outdated pieces of clothing.

And those are just a few of the 32 items.

If you feel the urge to bid on any of the items, don’t hesitate.  The bids are only being accepted until June 27.  Lemme know if you snag anything.  I promise not to laugh at you.
