On Saturday, April 25, 2015, the Fireman’s Hall Museum and the Casey Cares Foundation held a special party for critically ill children in Philadelphia. The children dressed up like firefighters, toured the museum, and participated in a scavenger hunt throughout the museum.  The Casey Cares Foundation, a non-profit that provides uplifting support for critically ill children, holds caring connections parties to give children and their families a chance to bond, make friendships, and ever-lasting memories.

This little lady was so excited to try on a real firefighter uniform! It was so heavy she had to sit down! She explained it as “so hot and heavy."

Look at the smile on this little guy's face! He thought it was so cool to have worn a uniform from a real life superhero!
