Today marks Fat Tuesday. Meaning if you're observant of lent, you better get your partying and eating in today, because tomorrow marks Ash Wednesday. For some who may not be religious, it's another day to party.

For Polish people, today marks Paczki Day, or the day when you consume fried pieces of dough, which are 800 calories each. Paczki's easily give funnel cake a run for it's money in the unhealthy department.

Paczki Day is a huge deal in the Midwest, especially in Chicago as it affords many a way to indulge just before lent.

Now on another note, for those of you who don't celebrate Paczki Day, or if you're in the Philadelphia area, here is a resource for what to do for Fat Tuesday.

MyFoxPhilly.com has some advice for what to do on Mardi Gras. Face it, even if you're not in New Orleans you can still celebrate Fat Tuesday!
