How many of you missed church today? (and not on purpose!)Daylight Savings Time photo: hcgreenthumb.wordpress.com
Fall back. Spring ahead (except Arizona and Hawaii). That’s what we have been told from as far back as fifth grade.
And yet I still wonder why is Daylight Savings Time still such an issue for people?

Now I can understand not knowing exactly what day it happens. However, unless you’re hiding under a gigantic rock, have no television, computer or cell phone older than 1998, there is no excuse for not knowing when Daylight Savings Time is about to transpire.

If you have a television, just go to the DVR. You can always look in the bottom right hand corner of your computer for the time, and if you have a new cell phone, it updates this automatically.  Even some clocks these days update this on its own!

There you have it: just some basic ways to tell when exactly Daylight Savings Time has arrived.  Or, you could just remember that it’s 2 a.m. on the second Sunday in March to 2 a.m. on the first Sunday of November. This year it’s November 4th!
