In the second episode of the season, Dexter has taken a turn that will never let us see him the same again. His sister is keeping him under 24-7 watch to help "rehabilitate" him and make sure he doesn't kill again...was anyone else wondering why Harrison didn't stay at Deb's, too?
Meanwhile at Miami Metro, LaGuerta inched closer to outing Dexter by asking the FBI to send over the Bay Harbor Butcher evidence, while separately sending the glass blood side out for a confidential screen.
Quinn and Angel continued investigating their fellow officer's homicide at the strip club. When Quinn tried getting one of the girls to break, he may have gotten more than he asked for...she called him for a ride home because her car broke down. He accepted the opportunity, thinking she'd offer some details into the investigation, but she had nothing to share. It's clear this won't end well for one or both of them.
BUT the biggest plot to thicken was the relationship between Dexter and Louis- that pain of an intern Masuka has!  What does Louis know or want? Dexter realized Louis has been messing with him and confronted him in his apartment. Louis acted scared, and despite Dexter's demands that Louis stay away from Jamie and Harrison, Dexter came home to find Louis in the apartment, on Dexter's side, no fear.

That made Dex's blood boil and he was ready to kill him, but Louis hasn't met the code, and Deb has been watching him close. So, he drugged her and Louis to sleep, and left him on a park bench passed out.

Dexter airs Sunday nights at 9pm on Showtime, and if you’re too busy watching Sunday Night Football to tune in, there is an encore presentation Monday nights at 9pm.
