CNBC and MSNBC's Michael Port To Host Network Now Conference In Bucks County In April

Bestselling author, entrepreneur, and actor, Michael Port, will be headlining Network Now's upcoming conference at the Health and Wellness Center in Warrington, Bucks michael portCounty on April 7th.

Port will begin the event's schedule by participating in a networking hour at 6pm. He will be teaching a seminar about how businesses obtain ideal clients at 7pm, followed by a question and answer session at 8pm. 

Port appears regularly as a contributor on CNBC and MSNBC. He began his career as an actor and has appeared on many television shows, most notably HBO's Sex in the City and ABC's daytime drama All My Children. He has also appeared in films, including The Pelican Brief, which starred Julia Roberts and Denzel Washington. 

Port has been called “an uncommonly honest author” by The Boston Globe. He wrote four bestselling books: Book Yourself Solid, Beyond Booked Solid, The Contrarian Effect, and a New York Times bestseller, The Think Big Manifesto.

Network Now was founded in 2007 by Jamie Broderick. Originally meeting with twelve members in her home, the business networking group for women has rapidly expanded in size while retaining its core mission.

Their February conference featured a panel discussion with NBC 10's Lu Ann Cahn, Comcast's Lynn Doyle, FOX 29's Jennaphr Frederick, and Jen Groover, of Jen Groover Productions, about effective methods business owners can use to pitch stories to the media.

“The amount of knowledge and the number of new connections that will result from this event will be phenomenal,” Broderick concluded.
