Portfolio Night Premiers in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA – April 20, 2010) – In exactly one month, the world’s first Portfolio Night 8: May 20th at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.and largest international advertising community, ihaveanidea, proudly announces Philadelphia as a first-time host for Portfolio Night. Portfolio Night is the largest advertising portfolio review ever held in the world. The event will take place on May 20, 2010 in 36 global cities simultaneously, and locally at Lincoln Financial Field. Philadelphia’s Portfolio Night is hosted by the Philly Ad Club, an American Advertising Federation organization that brings together leading advertising, marketing, and communication companies in Philadelphia, to create local industry unification.

Featuring a uniquely designed portfolio review process in a “speed-dating” setting, the event helps students and aspiring young creatives to break into the advertising industry. The attendees have the luxury of having their working portfolios reviewed by the cities top creative directors. Students enrolled in advertising programs, recent graduates, and up-and-coming creatives will have the opportunity to spend valuable face-to-face time with their city’s most prestigious creative directors. Young creatives are encouraged to attend this event in one of the participating cities to have the opportunity to speak with three or more world-class creative directors.

Portfolio Night and the Philly Ad ClubPhilly Ad Club have 14 local agencies sponsoring this historic event, including Masterminds, Razorfish Health, The Star Group, Digitas Health, Customedialabs, Brolik, Brownstein Group, Brown Partners, O3 World, Tierney Communications, Backe, LevLane,
