Adopt Braxton: Northeast Animal Rescue's Pet of the Week

NAR is pleased to announce that Gus and Tristin have been adopted!

In the late fall of 2012, Braxton was a hungry kitten searching for scraps of food when he was found by the feeder of a feral cat colony. Too friendly to fight the other cats for food, Braxton was very skinny, without enough meat on his bones to survive the coming winter.Adopt Braxton: Northeast Animal Rescue's Pet of the Week

Once Braxton was rescued, he gained weight, returned to good health, and we learned what a perfect gentleman he was - quietly talkative, playful and affectionate yet calm and relaxed. Even after developing a serious illness and spending a week in the hospital, Braxton always maintained his sweet personality and charm.

Now healthy and fully recovered, Braxton loves to lounge with you or chase his furry mouse toys.

He is also in love with plastic toys with a bell inside. This dapper young man would love to be your best friend!

Braxton is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and has tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia. Estimated date of birth is May 2012.

If you're interested in adopting Braxton, please fill out an application at http://nar.rescuegroups.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=5373506.
