Northeast Animal Rescue Featured Pet: Duffie

Duffie is a sweet and playful gentleman who was rescued from an area animal shelter as a young kitten, because he has a condition called Radial Hypoplasia (RH).  What is RH?  RH is a genetic mutation that causes one bone in the front legs to grow in shorter than normal, causing a kangaroo Northeast Animal Rescue Featured Pet: Duffieappearance. Duffie will tell you that he is not a special needs kitten – his only requirements are toys, love, and a full food dish.

During his time in our care, he has shown that he is just as capable as any other cat at chasing his toys and playing with his housemates.  Won’t you give this sweet boy a forever home?

Duffie is neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia.  We celebrate his birthday in February 2012.
