Obama Boardwalk Game "Bagged"

The cast of Jersey Shore isn't the only thing raising hell in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. A boardwalk game featuring an effigy of President Obama has received national attention. And, now the owner of the boardwalk shop at Seaside Heights has covered the head of the Obama effigy with a bag. And, the effigy may now be removed. It's probably a smart move to take down a boardwalk game involving the president. The game also features public figures like Michael Jackson, Osama Bin Laden, and Saddam Hussein.

Phillies Get Slaughtered By Dodgers

The Phillies got their you know what handed to them by the Dodgers last night, losing 15-9. Kyle Kendrick didn't make it out of the 4th inning, surrendering 6 runs (5 earned). And, David Herndon gave up four runs as well. Danyz Baez was dreadful like usual and when three pitchers give up 12 runs your odds of winning are slim and none. Domonic Brown lit it up in the 9th inning with a 2-run double. Despite his heroics, he will head back down to the minors once Shane Victorino returns. This is the most runs the Phils have surrendered since June 19th against the Twins, when they lost 13-10. They'll go back at it tomorrow night at 7:05.

Families of Duck Boat Victims File Lawsuits

The families of two Hungarians who lost their lives in the early-July Duck Boat accident are suing Ride the Ducks and K-Sea Transportation, the Tug Boat company involved in the incident. Attorneys for both families filed a wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday against both companies. At the very least, the Tug Boat company should be sued when you consider how poorly they have handled this situation. The captain of the tug boat didn't have a lookout on the barge prior to the accident. Had there been a lookout this accident would have been prevented. Case closed.

Reading Woman Arrested After Children's Remains Found

Reading doesn't usually get on the news unless something horrific happens. Well strap in kids because this is pretty horrific. A Reading woman was arrested after the remains of a fetus and an infant were discovered in her closet. Judging by her photo she looks like quite a charming woman. The remains were apparently stored in a cooler. Michelle Margaret Kalina (44 years old) has been charged with the abuse of corpses.
