Phillies Four Aces Give First Press Conference

The Phillies four-headed monster of Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Roy Oswalt, and Cole Hamels gave their first press conference in Clearwater yesterday. Joe Blanton was included and rightfully so. Fact is, many people are going to call it the "Big Four" and Joe Blanton is always going to be the fith wheel. It's the nature of the beast when a team has four aces.

CBS Reporter Serene Branson Video Prompts Stroke Fear

Officials at Los Angeles' CBS affiliate say reporter Serene Branson did not have a stroke, but watching the video you would think otherwise. During the video Serene Branson was reporting from the Grammy Awards. When Branson began to speak her words became completely garbled and you can see some panic in her face.  According to Huffington Post, Serene Branson did have tests to see if she had a stroke, but she reportedly didn't have one.

Two Women Shot Dead in Frankford

Two young women were shot dead yesterday afternoon in Philadelphia's Frankford section. It's alleged an angry boyfriend could be the person who shot Marcedes Ivery, 21, and Tiffany Barnhill, 19. The shooting of both women occurred around 4:00 P.M.
