Body of Missing Atlantic City Mother Found in Schuylkill River

The body of Nadirah Ruffin was in fact discovered on Tuesday, confirming her family's worst fears. Her identity was confirmed on Wednesday evening through dental records. Ruffin was kidnapped during a violent home invasion last month, which led to the FBI joining in a manhunt to find her. According to sources, Ruffin's body was found handcuffed and duct-taped with a gunshot wound to the head. Ruffin was the mother of a 4-year-old son.

Flyers Get Shut Out 1-0 In Game Four

Once again Buffalo Sabres goalie Ryan Miller turned in a fantastic playoff performance, by stopping all 32 of the Flyers' shots to lead Buffalo to a 1-0 victory over the Flyers. It marked the second time this series the Flyers have been shut out 1-0 and for Miller - it was his third career playoff shutout against the orange and black. Not only was the Flyers' offense absent, but Jeff Carter left the game with a "lower body injury."  This is now a best of 3 series, with 2 games being played at the Wells Fargo Center. The Flyers will host the Sabres Friday night at 7:30 P.M.

Phillies Win One Against the Brewers

The Phillies staved off their first series sweep of the season by knocking off the Brewers 4-3 Wednesday afternoon. With a struggling offense, their bats finally came to life against Milwaukee behind Placido Polanco (3 RBI) and Shane Victorino - who both had homeruns. Cliff Lee wasn't electrifying yesterday, unlike his last start, but pitched well enough in the effort to keep the Phils in the game.
