Perez Hilton is creating a heck of a stir once again and not for his words, but for a controversial photo of Miley Cyrus.  On his Twitter feed Monday, Hilton posted a link to a photo of Miley Cyrus getting out of a convertible where she allegedly wasn't wearing any panties.

Now the $50,000 question is if Perez Hilton will face charges over child pornography since Miley Cyrus is just a minor.  Perez Hilton is denying that he ever took such a photo and defends himself by saying she was wearing "flesh-colored" panties in the photo.

So far Hilton hasn't been charged, but Perez Hilton has lost ABC as an advertiser.  They pulled an ad for "The View" from his site PerezHilton.com today. 

As crazy as this sounds, Hilton may just have faked the whole thing for publicity.  Joy Behar chimed in on CNN's site and suggests he did. They say in the world of entertainment that any publicity is good publicity.  This is publicity of the "toxic" variety though and can only hurt his reputation.  Not to mention, he's treading the fine line of freedom and jail-time, which is pure foolish.  Only time will tell if Perez Hilton's publicity stunt will blow up in his face.

I happen to think he created this fiasco for publicity.  Whether the photo is real or not is another question. The authorties will sort that one out.
